Install from CD

You can get the current version of the software on a CD if you need to run the software from your hard disk instead of from the Web and you are in the United States.  This is not intended to be the usual method of getting the software because the Web offers automatic distribution of the most recent version, without any need for installation.  However, for people carrying around a computer not connected to the Internet or giving a talk from a room with no Internet access, installing the software on the computer can be useful. This is also helpful if you plan to give a talk using the software from a room with no Internet access. 

One caution about installing the software on your computer is that if you make any changes to the database while using the software off-line, these changes will not get sent to the central database until you next use the software while online.

To get the software on a CD, please register for a password (if you haven't done so already), then type your name and address in the form below and print the page.  The cost is nominal (US $2.00, including postage and handling) and all you get is a CD with the most recent files to put on your computer:
