If you are having trouble getting the software to run, a configuration page can help resolve the problem by getting Java and JavaScript working.  Also, the first time that you run the software on a particular computer you need to agree to running the software by responding to the security dialog box.

Once you have the software running, support is available in the software in the following ways:

  • ToolTips / Balloon Help: Many components on each screen have explanations that appear as the mouse pointer hovers over the object.  These messages often include context-specific information relating to the active disease or finding.  
  • Help buttons: Many screens in the software have a "Help" button popping up a page in the manual specific for that individual screen.

The demo videos are helpful for general orientation.
